Digital devices many opportunities to explore your values and aspects of yourself that you can’t explore in the physical world. What does that mean and should you take all of those opportunities? In this training, reflect on how your best (and worst) qualities are expressed online; understand how tech design encourages certain types of behaviors and interactions between users like you and others; and learn best practices for ensuring you are becoming the best version of yourself in the digital world, as well as the physical one.
