Define your Solution
Step 1: What type of thing are you making?
Now that you have your problem statement, discuss as a team what kind of “solution” you are going to create to address the problem.
Do you want to make a 1-4 min video sharing your research on the problem and educating others about the problem?
Would you like to make a Powerpoint, Prezi or Google Slide presentation to raise awareness about the problem and offer solutions?
Do you want to create a comic strip to teach people how to fix the problem?
Do you want to make an infographic describing how big the problem is?
Do you want to write a song or do another type of performance about the problem?
Do you want to create a line of clothes or other fashion items (like a hoodie with a slogan) to raise awareness of the problem?
Choose one of the above.
Step 2: What will you use to make it?
Think about how you are going to make your video / documentary / slideshow. There are tons of free websites to create content on. You probably already know some of them. Remember, you will need to ask your parent to help you set up an account on most of these sites!
